Strategies4RXSavings Corporation, doing business as StrategiesRx (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), describes in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Savings Hub Membership website, tools, and related services (the “Services”). This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we collect from business users of the Services (e.g., independent pharmacies, healthcare organizations, employers) in the United States. The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to consumers or children.

2. Summary of Key Points

  • We design the Services to avoid receiving Protected Health Information (PHI). Do not input PHI into the platform.
  • We use information to provide and improve the Services, operate accounts and billing, secure the Services, and comply with law.
  • We do not “sell” personal information or “share” it for targeted advertising as defined by certain state privacy laws. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any required choices.

3. Information We Collect

A. Account and Billing Information: business contact names, titles, emails, phone numbers, addresses, user IDs, role/seat data, and payment-related details (processed by our payment processor).

B. Usage and Device Information: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

C. Support Communications: content of messages you send us (please do not include PHI), attachments you choose to provide, and related metadata.

D. Cookies/Similar Technologies: essential cookies to run the site and performance/analytics cookies to help us understand feature usage. See “Cookies and Analytics” below.

4. Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you and your organization, automatically through your use of the Services, and from service providers (e.g., payment, hosting, analytics).

5. PHI, HIPAA, and Business Associate Status

The Services are designed to avoid receipt of PHI. You must not input PHI into the platform. We generally do not act as a Business Associate under HIPAA. If the parties agree in writing to exchange PHI, a separate, duly executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will govern that processing. If support requires PHI, limit disclosures to the minimum necessary and use secure channels.

6. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts, seats, and permissions
  • Process payments and billing, and communicate about your subscription
  • Provide support, training, and service notices
  • Analyze usage to improve and develop features
  • Enforce our Terms, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with legal obligations

7. How We Disclose Information

  • Service Providers: vendors that host, store, process payments, provide analytics, security, support, email delivery, and similar services under confidentiality obligations
  • Legal and Safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, users, or the public
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share personal information for targeted advertising as defined by certain state privacy laws. If that changes, we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms.

We use:

  • Essential cookies: required to operate core features (cannot be disabled).
  • Performance/analytics cookies: help us understand usage and improve the Services.

The Services are not directed to children and are intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in certain states). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

Depending on your state, you may have rights to request:

  • Deletion of personal information

Because we do not “sell” personal information or “share” it for targeted advertising, the corresponding opt-out rights are not applicable to our current practices. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide the required opt-out mechanisms.

The Services are intended for use in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S., where laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

14. Third-Party Links and References

References to third-party programs, foundations, manufacturers, discounts, or websites are for identification only and do not imply endorsement. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies.
